Some GitHub repositories cannot be imported
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have identified the main cause and are working on a fix. Only imports that rely on @replit/Python as their template are impacted.
We have identified that the problem is due to the import flow dropping connections to the template Repl for a given language. We will continue to evaluate mitigation strategies and will send updates as we have them.
Some users are seeing the GitHub import process hang on the "Importing..." step for some repositories. We are working towards a resolution and will update you once we know more.
